Martin County's 1st Brewstillery, Winery, and Cidery

Martin County’s first Brewstillery, Winery, and Cidery. Located 500 feet west of Frazier Creek with a storied history of bootlegging, rum-running and moonshining. The sneaky little inlet provided the perfect hideout for boats and quick offloads making it ideal for illicit alcohol activities. Some notorious figures tied to the area were the Ashley Gang and Bill “The Real McCoy” McCoy.

Now years later some legends never really dry up. They just ferment a little longer. Opening the doors in 2021 to create premium, small-batch libations inspired by the rebellious spirit of the times and crafted from scratch without shortcuts.

Cheers to brewing rebellion and distilling disobedience!

Our Gang

Dan Rogers, our Brewmaster and Master Distiller, is a Detroit, Michigan native who received his professional brewing start in 1992 when he opened the 1st craft brewery in Las Vegas. He won his 1st Great American Beer Festival medal in 1993 and has been winning awards ever since. In 1998, Dan moved his family back to Michigan and continued his brewing career. The highlight of his award winning career was winning a World Beer Cup Gold Medal for an IPA and Silver for a DIPA in 2010, an unprecedented feat! Dan has worked with both small local craft breweries and larger regional production breweries, giving him the perfect experience to guide Frazier Creek Brewing & Distilling Company as we grow and expand our craft beer, spirits, sodas, and ready to drink cocktails.

LeeAnne Edwards, along with her son Brady, were thrilled with the opportunity to become involved in 2026. Having moved from NC in 2021 with prior restaurant experience the brewstillery offered a new adventure. Excited to take the reigns from the prior group of owners who created such a wonderful foundation in which to build.
